Level I Ballet

Service Description

Beginning Ballet is required for students ages 6-12. Our Level I Ballet class gives students a comprehensive introduction to classical ballet. Students will focus on posture, alignment, and technique while building strength, flexibility, and grace. This class emphasizes the foundations of ballet, including barre exercises, center work, and basic choreography, all taught in a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere. Perfect for dancers aged six and up, this class instills discipline and appreciation for the art of ballet, preparing students for more advanced training in the future.
